An Oneida County teen accused of murdering her mother and stepfather is back in Wisconsin and will appear in court Friday.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office sent out an advisory Thursday evening announcing that Ashlee Martinson, 17, has been transported to Oneida County and is scheduled to make a court appearance early Friday afternoon.

Martinson is accused of killing her mother and stepfather, Thomas and Jennifer Ayers, in their town of Piehl home March 7.

According to the criminal complaint, investigators believe Martinson shot Thomas Ayers, stabbed Jennifer Ayers, and then locked her three young sisters in a room with food. She was arrested March 8 in Boone County, Indiana traveling south on an interstate near Indianapolis with her boyfriend, 22-year-old Ryan Sisco, who is not a suspect in the murders.

The Rhinelander High School junior had initially declined to waive extradition, triggering a formal legal process in which Gov. Scott Walker had to request her return from Indiana Gov. Mike Pence. But earlier this month, at a hearing last approximately 15 minutes, she chose to voluntarily return to Wisconsin.

Oneida County had been given a month to pick Martinson up and return her to Wisconsin.
