Oneida County 4-H youth now can investigate the universe in a new way. The Skynet Junior Scholars program, initiated through a National Science Foundation grant, enables youth to connect online with telescopes around the world and take pictures of galaxies, stars, nebulae, planets, and more. Pictured are some of the youth and adult leaders who are participating in the program. From left to right are Frank Rosendahl, Shaun Timm, Bella Walkowski, Grace Parish, and Ginger Zastrow. To get involved in future project sessions, call the UW-Extension office at (715) 365-2750.
