For almost 20 years Laughlin's practice has focused on claims involving motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice and other personal injuries, the firm said in a press release. She is one of only five women in Wisconsin to currently hold her certification as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Advocacy. She volunteers for The Women's Community as a court observer, using her legal experience to assist victims of domestic violence. When she isn't volunteering or in the courtroom, Laughlin can be found spending time with her husband and two daughters.
