Clinic donates school supplies to Crescent Elementary School
The donated items included paper, notebooks, scissors, pens, pencils, erasers, glue sticks, folders, crayons, markers and tape.
"Our associates at Ministry Medical Group in Rhinelander really enjoyed collecting the school supplies and we're excited to contribute to the academic success of students at Crescent Elementary School," said Sarah Hein, medical assistant, Ministry Medical Group pediatrics.
Ministry Medical Group in Rhinelander received national recognition for its medical home model by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). NCQA recognizes primary care practices that function as patient-centered medical homes, a model of care where each patient is at the center of his/her care and has an ongoing relationship with a personal provider who leads a team that takes collective responsibility for patient care.
