Lumberjack Resource Conservation and Development Council, Inc. recently held an executive committee meeting in the great room of the School Forest Environmental Educational Center at the Cedric A. Vig Outdoor Classroom (CAVOC), the School District of Rhinelander's School Forest.

"In 2012, Lumberjack Council approved a $10,000 grant to help make the trail system at CAVOC accessible for all," the organization said in a press release. "Since then, CAVOC leadership has been working hard and was able to pave most of the trail system. This week, council members were welcomed and thanked by CAVOC leaders. Lumberjack Council members presented trail signage and were able to look around at the trails. With future community donations, CAVOC leadership hopes to finish paving the last portion of the trail that is still sand and dirt, thus ensuring accessibility for all to the entire trail system."
