ArtStart to host fashion show

More than a fashion show, Bling! is fashion entertainment. Guests will enjoy a visit to old Broadway as they listen to some classic show tunes while Bling! models show off some gorgeous clothing and accessories. They call it the "catwalk," but this year our canine models will be strutting their own bling along with their humans.
Rhinelander-area shops and boutiques featured in this year's event include Lattitudes Clothing and Gifts, Mel's Sporting Goods, Lund & Taylor Bridal Gallerie, Turn of the Century, Imaginuity, Gift Shop at St. Mary's Hospital, and Pawz 'n Clawz. Also featured are Coontail Sports of Boulder Junction and Arbor Vitae; Ross Plus from Minocqua; Walkabout Paddle, Eagle River; and Silver Threads Boutique, Tomahawk.
Live music will set the stage for boutique shopping throughout the evening with clothing, accessories, and artistic "must haves" from area artists. The Bling! Sweet Shoppe returns with oh-so-tempting treats displayed on vintage and artistic china, glassware and pottery - you buy the cake, you take home the plate!
Tickets are $40 each and include a three-course dinner catered by the Rhinelander Café and Pub. There will be plenty of raffle prizes along with a Golden Purse 50/50 cash raffle where the winner will take home $1000.
