Rhinelander is a vibrant full-service city, but maintains all the charm of a small town in the heart of the Northwoods.
What types of products or services do you offer?
We offer complete property management services to owners of single and multi-family properties. We also offer our property owners other services, including lawn care, snow removal, service calls and repair work. Each property owner chooses which services they would like us to provide.
What are some of the challenges your business faces?
Keeping up with the landlord-tenant laws, to make sure we are always complying with current requirements. It's also our priority to make sure we are providing clean, safe living environments for our tenants.
What aspect of your business makes you most proud?
The hard work our employees do to make sure our relationships with owners, tenants, other businesses and the entire community are open, honest and professional.
What benefits can your business offer for consumers who buy local?
Driscoll Property Management is locally owned. All of our employees, the majority of our tenants, and many of our property owners live, work and shop in our community.
What is your business relationship with the community?
We are members of the Rhinelander Area Chamber of Commerce. We utilize local service providers for property service issues we can't handle in-house, such as plumbers, appliance sales and service, lumberyards, etc.
What makes your business stand out?
Driscoll Property Management strives to treat all of our tenants with respect and professionalism, and we are dedicated to providing them with safe and clean living environments. We take pride in providing the property owners we represent with the best service possible, taking good care of their properties by protecting their investments.
What products or services do you offer that are unique?
We offer lawn care, snow removal, repair and service work. We manage a variety of property types, both residential and commercial, and can offer long- or short-term rentals, some furnished units, and a variety of seasonal vacation rentals.
What are your favorite restaurants, shops or attractions in Rhinelander?
There are too many to list!
What is your personal relationship and involvement with the community?
In addition to sponsoring the "I Buy Local" program, we make donations to a number of causes throughout the year. Over the holiday season, our employees took turns ringing the bell for the Salvation Army. I have also participated in the Citizens Police Academy.
Why do you think it is important to buy local?
When we keep our money flowing within our own community, it benefits all of us.
Do you have any special events planned in the near future?
We are continuously improving our business operations to offer better service to our customers. Our tenants will soon have the option to pay their monthly rent through automatic withdrawal or ACH processing, and we will be able to deposit our property owners' income via direct deposit.
