Hazelhurst Lions plan Only Fools Run at Midnight spaghetti dinner
"This dinner has been planned to coincide with the Only Fools Run at Midnight event that will be run later that night," states Hazelhurst Lions President Gary Sobek. "This is the second year that we have sponsored this event. We were very pleased with last year's participation in this event. People especially enjoyed the real Italian spaghetti sauce, made from an old family recipe, and the ice cream sundae bar. The dinner is for both the general public and for those participating in the event later in the evening. Many racers like to carbo-load, and we will be offering a perfect dinner to help them do just that."
To register for the Only Fools Run at Midnight, runners and walkers can go online at minocquafoolsrun.com or call the Minocqua Area Chamber of Commerce at (715) 356-5266. The cost for adults to run or walk is $32 and $22 for youth 18 and under.
