Northwoods Saves visited two Rhinelander elementary schools recently to promote America Saves Week. Tracy Beckman and Cheryl Boyd from Northwoods Saves conducted activities with second-grade students to promote good saving habits. The students also took part in a coloring contest. The lucky winners each won a piggy bank and two tickets to Rouman Cinema. Brianna Sorace, from Laurie Pohnl's class at Pelican Elementary School and Maddie Ewan, from Alex Bontz's class at Northwoods Community Elementary School were the winners.
