The 15-year-old bowled a perfect 300 game in his first game and finished with an 829 three-game series. According to spokespeople at the lanes, Strauss is believed to be the only person to roll a 300 game and an 800-plus series in junior league play.
He is also believed to be the youngest person to roll an 800-plus series at the lanes. His 829 is the highest series rolled by any bowler this year at Hodag Lanes.
