Kitzer joins Minneapolis law firm
Phillip M. Kitzer, formerly of Rhinelander, has joined the Minneapolis employment law firm Schaefer Halleen, the firm announced in a press release.
Kitzer earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin and his Juris Doctorate degree (cum laude) from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he was the managing editor of the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science and Technology.
"Kitzer brings extensive experience in employment litigation, including discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower actions, and wage and hour violations to the firm, to join the False Claims Act team and litigate individual employment cases," the firm said in its press release.
Kitzer's areas of practice also include employment law for employees, labor and employment, sexual harassment, civil rights and class action.
