Model T's to take center stage at Second Saturday in June Car Show
Rhinelander GM Toyota has once again sponsored this year's annual collector car show. Classic car owners are invited to showcase their "prize" cars with the opportunity to win a trophy. There are Driver's Choice, People's Choice, Best of Show and a Mayor's Choice trophy awards. There is a $10 fee to register a car; car registration begins at 8 a.m. at Brig's Soft Serve on the corner of Brown and Frederick streets. The first 125 car owners receive goodie bags of promotional items donated by area businesses.
Last year Rhinelander attracted over 125 classic cars from around the area. The car show runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Volunteers are needed to assist with the registration, set up and take down. To volunteer, contact Downtown Rhinelander, Inc. at (715) 362-7374.
