The tournament had representatives from Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Ohio and Indiana playing for a trip to the national President's Cup Tournament located in South Carolina.

Millot is a sophomore-to-be and Modic is a junior-to-be at Rhinelander High School.
Portage County went 0-3 and finished fourth in its pool. The team also represented Wisconsin in the President's Cup tournament in 2012.
