Parties in the case agreed to push back a trial date from early April to the end of July. That means the case may not be resolved - and the planned road repairs may not begin - until well into the summer tourism season.
The suit, filed against Oneida County last year, alleges county officials violated state law and improperly awarded a bid contract for the Hwy. Y project. The county has denied those allegations.
