Hodag Pride bracelet fundraiser continuing to support the local community
The sale of these bracelets will benefit not only the Rhinelander Area Food Pantry, but the Northwoods Alliance for Temporary Housing (NATH/Frederick Place). Golden Karat Jewelers will be supporting a $2,000 combined donation.
The Northwoods River News is a cosponsor of this event.
The stunning green and white crystal bracelets are becoming a symbol of local Hodag Pride and a way to show your community support, the jeweler said in a press release.
"These dazzling bracelets are individually handcrafted in Rhinelander by Golden Karat Jewelers' very own sales associates," the press release states. "Golden Karat Jewelers' goal is to have everyone in the community wearing one of these bracelets. By wearing one of these bracelets, you can show your support for NATH, the RAFP, and the local community."
The bracelets will be on sale at the Rhinelander location of Golden Karat Jewelers for $20 (cash or check only).
100 percent of the purchase price of the bracelets will be donated to the Northwoods Alliance of Temporary Housing or the Rhinelander Area Food Pantry.
