Highlights from the competition at the Lakeland Union High School pool include:
- Joseph Evenson, 8, improved 11.10 seconds in the 25-yard butterfly to record a new personal-best time of 41.93 seconds
- Oliver Ferdinand, 9, dropped 12.10 seconds in the 100 freestyle (1:53.42).
- Joe Fugle, 10, subtracted 17.86 seconds from his best time in the 100 freestyle (1:55.64).
- Charlie Heck, 8, improved 16.05 seconds in the 100 freestyle (1:30.04).
- Brodie Kasmarek, 14, dropped 11.10 seconds in the 500 freestyle (6:56.28).
- Krystal Kasmarek, 8, dropped 12.30 seconds in the 25 butterfly (30.35) and 12.40 seconds in the 50 freestyle (50.26).
- Conor Natrop, 14, improved an amazing 25.96 seconds in the 100 breaststroke (1:35.59).
- Tianna Rolain, 14, dropped 10.12 seconds in the 100 freestyle (1:21.06).
- Nora Rutkowski, 7, dropped 12.45 seconds in the 25 butterfly (36.09).
- Eleanor Schiek, 10, dropped 10.73 seconds in the 50 butterfly (52.98).
- Mabel Spencer, 10, improved 10.93 seconds in the 100 freestyle (1:33.78).
- Kierra Steffes, 11, dropped 11.95 seconds in the 100 freestyle (1:21.12).
- AnnaMarie Wood, 10, improved 13.04 seconds in the 100 individual medley (1:51.20).
The CWSC Divisional and Championship meets are broken down into two days, with swimmers ages 10 and under competing on the first day and swimmers ages 11 and up competing on the second day. RSC will be in Antigo Saturday and Sunday for the divisional meet. The CWSC championships will be held the following weekend in Tomahawk.
