The small-town atmosphere in a great city.

What types of products or services do you offer?

We provide auto repair and maintenance including light duty diesels.

What are some of the challenges your business faces?

Some challenges are making customers aware of changing technology and the complexity of today's vehicles.

What aspect of your business makes you most proud?

My employees and their commitment to customer service and satisfaction make me proud.

What benefits can your business offer for consumers who buy local?

We work on all makes and models including Volkswagen, Subaru, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, etc. They don't have to go out of town and go back to the dealer to have maintenance and repairs performed.

What is your business relationship with the community?

We support local civic organizations, Rhinelander Area Food Pantry and the "I Buy Local" campaign.

What makes your business stand out?

We offer outstanding warranty, free shuttle service and free loaner cars.

What products or services do you offer that are unique?

We do everything from oil changes to engine replacement and everything in between.

What are your favorite restaurants, shops or attractions in Rhinelander?

There are so many great places to eat and shop that we have no favorite.

What is your personal relationship and involvement with the community?

I was born and raised in the Rhinelander area and graduated from Rhinelander in 1980. I currently also run a martial arts studio (Rhinelander Fu-Chen Kung-Fu School) and am certified in the behavioral intervention techniques and strategies program designed to work with children.

Why do you think it is important to buy local?

Money spent local stays local and helps other businesses as well as civic organizations.

Do you have any special events planned in the near future?

In March we will be raising money for the Rhinelander Area Food Pantry.
