As part of the festivities surrounding last week's Blackout Dance, the Rhinelander High School Student Council hosted the school's first annual lip sync contest. The winners were Ashley Bredeson and Phoenix Bise. The "Fab Duo" performed "Bop to the Top" adapted from "High School Musical."
