According to a press release issued Wednesday by John W. Vaudreuil, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, Gregory Porter, 58, of Rhinelander, was arrested Dec. 23 at his home in Rhinelander. Porter was indicted on Dec. 17 by a federal grand jury in the Western District of Wisconsin, sitting in Madison.
