Minocqua Dance to present 'The Nutty Nutcracker' Dec. 13
The performance is based on the traditional story, with a few nutty twists, the dance company said in a press release. Clara is a girl who loves Christmas. She is taken on a magical wintery adventure where she meets slippery snowflakes, Spanish dancers addicted to chocolate, peppermint candy, flowers with allergies, and a Sugar Plum Fairy who cannot get enough sugar!
"The Nutty Nutcracker" will be performed in the Lakeland Union High School auditorium Saturday, Dec. 13 at 4 p.m. Tickets are available at the door. Children under 12 years old, $5 / Adults, $8. Concessions benefit the Lakeland Pantry.
