It's a shopping hub for the Northwoods and has quality customers.
What types of products or services do you offer?
We offer LG electronic products, Whirlpool, Maytag, Amana, KitchenAid, Frigidaire appliances, Direct TV, Dish Network and HDTV antenna systems.
What are some of the challenges your business faces?
Earning our customer's loyalty, being the only independent dealer left in town.
What aspect of your business makes you most proud?
We support and donate to our community, hire locally and buy locally.
What benefits can your business offer for consumers who buy local?
My three locations are all downtown supporting the independent and local community. Buying and supporting local businesses provides a quality and personal shopping experience. It keeps the money in the town and recirculates it, helping to provide jobs.
What is your business relationship with the community?
I am a member of the Rhinelander Chamber of Commerce and the downtown group (Downtown Rhinelander Inc).
What makes your business stand out?
Our business offers personalized sales and service. Our highest priority is customer satisfaction and service of our products after the sale.
What products or services do you offer that are unique?
Along with our appliances and HD TVs, we sell Nordic Hot Tubs that offer superior whirlpool therapy, high-efficiency laundry detergent, hot tub chemicals, and an assortment of cleaners to take care of your appliances and HD TVs after your purchase.
What are your favorite restaurants, shops or attractions in Rhinelander?
We could create a large list of our favorite places in Rhinelander. As a small-business owner, we shop other small businesses first.
What is your personal relationship and involvement with the community?
I try to be helpful where I can. We donate to all of the benefits and fundraisers that are brought to our attention.
Why do you think it is important to buy local?
Buying local strengthens our city's economy, provides local jobs and will help our downtown and other locally-owned businesses stay in business to serve you.
Do you have any special events planned in the near future?
We are currently running a sale on our in-stock Nordic Hot Tubs. Then May is Maytag Month so we will be running special prices on in-stock Maytag appliances. We also always offer 12 months no interest.
