Rhinelander Swim Club to hold summer session
Former state champion Byrka to serve as instructor
The summer session will be coached by Lindsay Byrka.
Byrka, a Rhinelander native and an alumna of the Rhinelander Swim Club, won six WIAA Division 1 state championships for the Hodags from 1992 to 1994.
Hours for the summer swims will be Monday through Friday from 6:30 to 8 a.m. and Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
Swimmers may attend both practice times, or may choose which times best fit their schedules. Each swimmer must be able to swim 25 yards, unaided, in freestyle and/or backstroke. The cost of the season will be $35 per swimmer.
To pre-register your swimmer(s), print the registration form from the Rhinelander Swim Club's website (link below), fill-out form, indicate on the top of the form what hours your plan on attending. This will help the club determine expected swimmers numbers and have the pool staffed properly.
Mail your registration form along with $35 per swimmer, by June 5, to the following address:

The swim club will also accept registrations at both practices June 10.
