Mock trial team preparing for nationals
"We were very encouraged by our strong performance against two states that have won the national championship in the past three years," said head coach Kathy Vick-Martini.
The team is also coached by attorney Jim Jacobi and Judge Mike Bloom.
The team will be performing a dress rehearsal in Branch II of the Oneida County Courthouse on Sunday at 1 p.m. with Judge Bob Kinney presiding. The dress rehearsal is open to the public. Those wishing to attend should enter the building through the north entrance.
The mock trial team has raised over $10,000 to help defray travel expenses for participation in the national tournament. Anyone wishing to contribute can do so by sending a check payable to the RHS Mock Trial Team to Kathy Vick-Martini at Rhinelander High School, 665 Coolidge Ave.
