Nicolet College welding student Dustin White took a day of his spring break recently to help construct the rather elaborate theater set for the upcoming Nicolet Players production of "Noises Off."

The metal framework is so large that it had to be built in pieces in the welding lab by White and other students and then hauled into the Nicolet College Theatre and welded together right on the stage.

The play runs May 3-5 and May 9-12. For more information about the upcoming performance, visit nicoletlive.com
