Sex offender to be released in Oneida County
Louis L. Hallock, 52, will move to 3308 S. Fox Ranch Road March 25.
In 1999, Hallock was convicted of two counts of second-degree sexual assault that involved three different juvenile males between the ages of 12 and 14 years old. Hallock would approach his victims in public places and befriend them. He provided gifts to his victims. He befriended the juveniles' families as well.
Hallock will be required to wear a GPS device for his lifetime.
