RSC swimmers compete at state
Joseph Heck, 10, had a 21st place finish in the 100-yard Backstroke with a time of 1 minute, 22.31 second. Heck finished 41st in the 50 freestyle (33.51) and finished 32nd in the 50 backstroke (39.18). Heck also teamed up with three other Northern Wisconsin swimmers in the 200 Medley Relay for a fourth place finish.
Sayge Stojadinovic, 10, competed in the 50 butterfly, finishing 67th (39.31) and placed 60th in the 50 freestyle (33.12). Sayge also teamed up with other area swimmers to compete in the 200 freestyle relay for a 15th place finish.
Eight RSC swimmers will travel to Minnesota at the end of March to compete in the Midwest Regional Meet. Swimmers needed to meet qualifying times during the regular season to compete.
