Golden Karat Jewelry's Hodag Pride bracelets are still being sold to raise money for the Rhinelander Area Food Pantry (RAFP). Guy Hansen, the pantry's executive director, is pictured receiving a $500 donation from Alison Polkowski of Golden Karat. This brings the jewelry store's donation to $3,000 and 75 percent of their goal of selling 200 bracelets and raising $4,000 for RAFP. "If you haven't purchased one for yourself, or are looking for a great Christmas gift, don't wait too long as, at this rate, they are sure to sell out soon," the jewelry store said in a press release. "This is an excellent way to show your Hodag Pride and help support the Rhinelander Area Food Pantry." Golden Karat is donating 100 percent of the bracelet's $20 purchase price to the food pantry. The River News is a partner in this charitable endeavor.
