Mike Bandt, materials manager for Superior Diesel, shows a group of James Williams Middle School students a display of the various product lines the company manufactures Wednesday afternoon during the Heavy Metal Tour. About 350 eighth graders from 10 different school districts learned about the opportunities available in the field of manufacturing through presentations and tours at Nicolet Area Technical College and eight different area manufacturing facilities.
