The following cases were recently filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court:

Jonathan J. Bristol, 40, Minocqua, charged with disorderly conduct and bail jumping (felony), had an initial appearance on Sept. 17 at 1:17 p.m. and a cash bond of cash bond of $10,000.

Kathleen A. Larson, 45, Rhinelander, charged with child abuse (failure to prevent bodily harm), has an initial appearance on Oct. 7 at 1:30 p.m.

Emily Annemarie Linklater, 17, Lac du Flambeau, charged with bail jumping (felony), possession of methamphetamines (possession of a controlled substance on or near certain places), and possession of an illegal article, has an adjourned initial appearance on Oct. 14 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $5,000.

Sarah L. Reinwand, 42, Wisconsin Rapids, charged with retail theft (intentionally taking >$500 - $5,000; intentionally concealing <$500), has an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 4 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $2,500.

Michele A. Richter, 52, Rhinelander, charged with theft in a business setting (special facts; <=$2,500), has an initial appearance on Oct. 7 at 1:30 p.m.

Samantha Morgan Jacob, 26, Rhinelander, charged with causing mental harm to a child, has an adjourned initial appearance on Oct. 7 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $5,000.

William E. Todd, 59, Rhinelander, charged with the manufacturing/delivery of cocaine (>1-5g), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent of THC (>200-1,000g), and possession with intent of cocaine (>5-15g), had an adjourned initial appearance on Sept. 27 at 9:15 a.m. and a cash bond of $20,000.

Christina H. Patterson, 55, Rhinelander, charged bail jumping (felony), possession of methamphetamines, and possession of drug paraphernalia, had an adjourned initial appearance on Sept. 25 at 8:45 a.m. and a cash bond of $5,000.

Scott A. Turgeon, 56, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony) and possession of drug paraphernalia, had an adjourned initial appearance on Sept. 27 at 9:30 a.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Nicholas J. Johnson, 33, Woodruff, charged with disorderly conduct and bail jumping (felony),  has a status conference on Nov. 12 at 3:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $3,000.

Jon G. Jacobson, 60, Tomahawk, charged with possession of a controlled substance, has an initial appearance on Oct. 7.

Noah K. Juedes, 36, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor), has an adjourned initial appearance on Oct. 21 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Aaron M. Zacharias, 44, Three Lakes, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), has an initial appearance on Oct. 7 at 1:30 p.m.

Sean L. Fortney, 49, Crandon, charged with battery, has an initial appearance on Oct. 21 at 1:30 p.m.

Amie L. Lanke, 42, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct, has an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 4 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Caleb Allen Stolzman, 31, Rhinelander, charged with operating while revoked (rev due to alc/contr subst/refusal), has an initial appearance and intake on Oct. 21 at 1:30 p.m.

Matthew Earl Crancich, 46, Appleton, charged with ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order and operating while revoked (forfeiture 1st),  has an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 4 at 4:00 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Kyle Alan Kubiak, 32, Greenfield, charged with an OWI (3rd), has an adjourned initial appearance on Dec. 2 and a cash bond of $1,000.

Larissa R. Poler, 37, Crandon, charged with ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order and operating while revoked (rev due to alc/contr subst/refusal), has an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 4 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.
