Nicolet College partners with Rhinelander Masons for spooktacular Halloween event

The Rhinelander Area Chamber Ambassadors recently celebrated the upcoming opening of the Rhinelander Fright Factory. The Rhinelander Masonic Hall and the Nicolet Players are teaming up to present the Rhinelander Fright Factory haunted house experience.
