Jeff was born March 25, 1954, to Kenneth W. and Bonnie J. Whitaker. After graduation from Rhinelander High School, Jeff served honorably as a Military Policeman in the U.S. Army stationed in Germany. Jeff had many friends in the Rhinelander area and at the Tomah VA where Jeff worked for several years as an excellent employee. Jeff was an avid Brewers and Packers fan.
Jeff loved his family.
