John Dero Audas Jr.
John Dero Audas Jr. (Jack), of Stone Mountain, Ga. passed away July 16, 2017. He was born June 26, 1949, in Champaign, Ill., the son of John Dero Audas and Lorraine Ann Hoffmann. Jack graduated from the University of Wisconsin (Madison) and worked for VIB Systems as general manager for 40 years, retiring just last month. Mr. Audas is survived by his loving wife Kathy Audas, his devoted children Megan (Jay) Morell, Jeffrey (Katie) Audas, his four grandchildren John (4), Matthew (2), Parker (10 months), Caroline (10 weeks) who know him best as "Yo", and his sister Kathy (Richard) Hameister. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Jack had a great passion for his family, friends, and sports, especially NASCAR. The family received friends on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at A.S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home.

The family will have a private ceremony to spread his ashes. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to :
