He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, James Susemichel.
He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, the former Fern Williams; daughter, Lorie Krieger, son-in-law, Mike; son, Larry Susemichel, daughter-in-law, Cheryl; grandsons, Drew (Aimee) and Brad (Karen) Krieger; granddaughters, Stephanie Susemichel and Emily Baker; and three great-grandchildren, Gavin, Emory, and Emerson.
His funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, 2017 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. with burial to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation was from 3-7 p.m. Friday at Highlands.
